Aviva Announces New Partner Program for Secure Host Access and Integration Software
Proven technology and expertise can now be leveraged
to create new sources of revenue for partners
Montreal, Canada, March 5, 2002 — Aviva® Solutions Inc.-a worldwide provider of secure host access and application integration solutions-today announced its Aviva Partner Program, enabling distributors, resellers, OEMs and system integrators around the globe to capture part of the growing secure host access and integration market.
According to IDC, the total worldwide Web-to-host access market will double by 2005, representing a tremendous opportunity for partners considering joining the Aviva Partner Program. This program is designed to help Aviva’s partners discover new sources of revenue and increase existing revenues by leveraging Aviva’s proven secure host access and integration software and services.
Through the Aviva Partner Program, partners benefit from a comprehensive member benefits program including sales leads and demand generation, free evaluation software, inclusion in beta programs and co-marketing opportunities. In addition, partners will have access to sales and technical training and certification programs, as well as consulting, maintenance and support services. Partners can pass on these benefits to their own customers to realize faster implementation of software and increased return on investment.
“Through Aviva’s Partner Program, we are able to realize additional revenue streams while offering our customers reliable host access solutions in a fraction of the time,” said Dave Eppley, Waytek Inc. “Aviva is always responsive and flexible when dealing with their channel partners and its extensive experience implementing secure host access software is extremely valuable to our business and to our customers.”
“With over 30 members already signed on to our Partner Program, we are confident that our expanding partner network will allow Aviva to broaden the reach of our products and services to new key market segments,” said Larry Curran, President and CEO, Aviva. “We have established an impressive track record helping companies that run the lifeblood of their business on legacy systems but want to add value to them by taking advantage of the flexibility of the Web.”
Aviva provides secure host access and integration software and services through a wide range of products, delivering corporate legacy applications to desktop PCs, Web browsers or mobile devices over legacy, IP and wireless networks. The company also provides a complete migration strategy for businesses going from traditional desktop applications to thin-client and browser-based host access.
