Session properties
Keyboard tab (VT220 only)

Note: You only have access to these configuration options if your Administrator has granted you permission.


Configuration options

Terminal keys
Return key
Can be configured to send a CR (carriage return) only, or both CR and LF (carriage return and line feed)

Backspace key
Can be configured to send a Delete or Backspace command.

Cursor key
Applies to all cursor keys. Select Normal to send the cursor key, or Application to send an application selected key.

Numeric key
Applies to all numeric keys. Select Numeric to send the key, or Application to send an application selected key.

Tabs
Set tabs every
Specify the number of characters between each tab stop. The default value is 8 characters.


To open the Keyboard tab


In a workspace

1. Start the User Workspace.
2. Select an existing session and click Properties, or click New.
3. Click the Configuration tab.
4. Click New to define a new VT220 session, or
Select an existing VT220 session and click Properties.
5. Click the Keyboard tab.


In a session

1. Start a session.
2. On the Session menu, click Properties.
3. Click the Keyboard tab.
